If you’re in pre-construction

The decisions you make before steel are the schedule and the budget. Power availability, permitting, schematic design, MEP coordination, capital modeling: each one moves the schedule by weeks or millions when it slips. We bring the planning bench that’s done it across 700+ sites.

A site-ready program with realistic schedule and budget. Permits queued, power validated, design coordinated, capital plan stress-tested against the markets you’re competing for.

If you’re in active construction

Construction is underway. We need the trade bench and PM layer to keep schedule.

The construction phase is where most data center programs lose time and cost. Contractor coordination breaks down, MEP sequencing slips, safety incidents stop the schedule. We come in with project and program managers, MEP coordinators, safety leads, QA/QC, and onsite engineering. Full PMO accountability, mobilizable to any active site.

If you’re standing up systems

Building is up. Now we land the racks, stand up the systems, and prove the design.

Infrastructure deployment is the deepest technical phase: electrical and mechanical systems, critical power solutions, advanced cooling, fiber and network, GB200 and GB300 rack integration, cutover support, and compliance readiness. The bench you need here is specialized, certified, and scarce.

Infrastructure Deployment & Rack Integration

Working data center, design proven, systems commissioned. GB200 and GB300 racks installed and certified, network and fiber stood up, compliance readiness verified for go-live.

If the campus is operating

It’s online. We need ops, retrofits, and the expansion bench as the campus grows.

Operations is where most data centers leak schedule and budget after go-live. Preventative and predictive maintenance, incident response, reliability engineering, retrofits and expansion as load grows. Subcontractors carry one or two of those. We carry all of them, and the same team that stood up the systems often stays to run them.
