Data center programs break at the handoffs. Planners hand off to construction without context. Deployment teams arrive without the design history. Operations inherit a building they didn’t build. The team that plans the campus stays through power-on and steady state.
Talent and engineering teams deployed across hyperscaler campus builds, colocation operators, energy and utilities partners, and the construction trades that swing the steel and pour the concrete.

What we cover across the data center build.
Eight capabilities, organized the way we deliver them. Talent and workforce. Technical and engineering.

Structure, reporting, and risk management for multi-site initiatives.
Data, Analytics & Reporting
Program-level visibility into schedules, quality, performance, and risk.
Applied Engineering Services
Design, deployment, commissioning, and validation expertise.
Construction Management
Field leadership for safety, QA/QC, and MEP coordination.
Critical Environment & Facilities
Uptime and resilience across power, cooling, and facilities.
Infrastructure Deployment & Rack Integration
Electrical, mechanical, and network systems through go-live.
A build cycle the grid wasn’t built for.
AI workloads, sovereign-cloud build-outs, and the next generation of GPU compute are reshaping where data centers go, what they cost, and how fast they need to come online. Capital is moving faster than the grid can keep up.
Projected global data center market. An 11–14% compound annual growth rate driven by AI workloads and sovereign-cloud build-outs.

Of U.S. electricity demand growth, 2026–2030, will come from data centers.
Capital and ambition aren’t the constraint. Execution is. Planning teams who know power and permitting, construction trades that keep pace, deployment crews fluent in the next-gen rack, operators ready on day one. That’s the bench we’ve built across 700+ sites.
Plan it. Build it. Power it. Run it.
The same team plans the campus, builds it, lands the racks, and runs it once it’s online.
Plan power, permits, design.
Before steel
Manage the build, on schedule.
Through occupancy
Stand up the systems. Land the racks.
Through cutover
Keep it running. Keep it growing.
Ongoing
Specialty vendors break at the phase change. We carry the campus from before-steel through steady state.
Two engagement models. Pick the one that fits the phase.
Sometimes you need the right engineers, sometimes you need a team to own a whole phase of the build. We help you find the right fit.
We assemble the team, own the phase outcome, and report against the campus schedule.
Share a role. Qualified shortlist in 48 hours. Welcome the new specialists to your campus team.
Every data center program lives in a different phase.
Pick the phase that sounds like yours. We’ll show you what the right next move looks like, and the bench that runs it.
We’re early. Site, permits, power, capital plan, and the team to figure it all out.
The decisions you make before steel are the schedule and the budget. Power availability, permitting, schematic design, MEP coordination, capital modeling: each one moves the schedule by weeks or millions when it slips. We bring the planning bench that’s done it across 700+ sites.
A site-ready program with realistic schedule and budget. Permits queued, power validated, design coordinated, capital plan stress-tested against the markets you’re competing for.
Construction is underway. We need the trade bench and PM layer to keep schedule.
The construction phase is where most data center programs lose time and cost. Contractor coordination breaks down, MEP sequencing slips, safety incidents stop the schedule. We come in with project and program managers, MEP coordinators, safety leads, QA/QC, and onsite engineering. Full PMO accountability, mobilizable to any active site.
Construction sequenced and accountable. PMO layer that surfaces schedule risk before it hits, MEP coordination that holds across trades, safety oversight that doesn’t stop the build.
Building is up. Now we land the racks, stand up the systems, and prove the design.
Infrastructure deployment is the deepest technical phase: electrical and mechanical systems, critical power solutions, advanced cooling, fiber and network, GB200 and GB300 rack integration, cutover support, and compliance readiness. The bench you need here is specialized, certified, and scarce.
Working data center, design proven, systems commissioned. GB200 and GB300 racks installed and certified, network and fiber stood up, compliance readiness verified for go-live.
It’s online. We need ops, retrofits, and the expansion bench as the campus grows.
Operations is where most data centers leak schedule and budget after go-live. Preventative and predictive maintenance, incident response, reliability engineering, retrofits and expansion as load grows. Subcontractors carry one or two of those. We carry all of them, and the same team that stood up the systems often stays to run them.
Steady-state operations with SLA-backed reliability. Maintenance staffed, expansions sequenced, retrofits delivered without disruption, the campus growing without the operations team breaking.
The leaders who own your outcome.

Every engagement has a named owner. Accountable from site selection through steady-state ops.
Four disciplines, one campus team.
A real data center build crosses four worlds: technology, energy, construction, telecom. Single-phase vendors usually pick one. We staff and consult across all four, on the same program.
Technology
Cloud infrastructure, network engineering, fiber, AI workload optimization, and GB200 and GB300 rack integration on active hyperscaler builds.
Energy
Power assessment, grid integration, substations, sustainability, and advanced cooling.
Construction
PMO, MEP coordination, trade management, safety, QA/QC, and onsite engineering.
Telecom
Carrier interconnect, dark fiber, edge and 5G, last-mile to campus, and NetOps.
On a hyperscaler campus, that means our power engineers, construction PMs, network leads, and rack integrators sit on the same program plan.
Local execution. Global capacity.
Delivery centers in the US and India. 70+ offices on five continents. Mobilize teams to active campus builds in 50+ countries without standing up entities or vendor stacks. Same playbook, one accountable partner.
