Experience with ATD principles or certification is strongly preferred, with emphasis on practical L&D execution over purely academic approaches.Key Responsibilities?Design and develop engaging, learner-centered training programs and materials for manufacturing associates, including onboarding, upskilling, refresher courses, and production-related training.?Create and maintain high-quality instructional content using tools such as Articulate Storyline, with the ability to incorporate animations, interactive elements, and effective visuals.?Manage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including user management, content uploads, compliance tracking, reporting, and data maintenance.?Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, including scheduling, logistics, participant tracking, and hands-on delivery for both classroom and virtual formats.?Conduct basic skills gap assessments, collaborate with stakeholders to align training with business and production needs, and support continuous improvement of L&D initiatives.?Maintain accurate training documentation, records, and compliance reporting to ensure all required training is completed and up to date.?Contribute to the development and rollout of a scalable, comprehensive L&D program that supports new product introductions (NPI), production ramps, and overall manufacturing excellence.?Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) and cross-functional teams to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and effective.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Insight Global is seeking an Electrical & Controls Tech to join a team of six at a top Energy company in the Cypress, TX area. The person will be working on Gas Turbine & Oil and Gas Generator Packages. The role is hands on in a manufacturing setting and this individual should have experience with wire sizes ranging from 18 AWG to 1/0 AWG as well as with hand tools such as screwdrivers, wire strippers, crimpers, cutters), air driven tools, and torque wrenches. They will be assembling and inspecting cable glands (specifically Hawke/SMP cable glands). We are seeking an Isolation Coordinator to support a construction project. This role is responsible for managing energy isolation requests, lockbox organization, documentation, and close-out workflows to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with site and OSHA standards.The ideal candidate has 1?5 years of experience in an industrial environment, strong Excel and software skills, and a background in electrical work (preferred), demolition, or construction. This position requires a balance of field coordination and administrative ownership?receiving requests, clearing them, confirming completion, and formally closing them out.Key Responsibilities- Receive, review, and process isolation requests from construction, demolition, and commissioning teams- Coordinate and confirm isolations are properly implemented, then clear and close out requests in tracking systems- Maintain accurate status updates, approvals, and documentation for all isolation activities- Organize, manage, and audit lockboxes, locks, tags, and keys- Enforce Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures in compliance with OSHA and site-specific safety standards- Review Methods of Procedure (MOPs) to ensure isolation steps, sequencing, and boundaries are clearly defined- Identify and flag gaps or risks in MOPs related to energy isolation or logistics- Track isolation requests, lock usage, and close-outs using Excel spreadsheets and site software tools- Maintain logs, trackers, and reports to support audits, inspections, and turnover- Coordinate with electricians, demolition crews, construction supervisors, safety, and logistics teams- Understand construction sequencing and logistics impacts (access, timing, trade coordination)- Participate in daily coordination meetings and safety discussions as requiredPay range for this role is $35 – $55 depending on years of experience and education.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
