Insight Global is assisting our client in the food manufacturing industry identifying a Project Manager to support multiple fast-moving corporate initiatives. This PM will manage up to four concurrent projects, ensuring structured execution, cross-functional coordination, and proactive risk management. The ideal consultant brings a strong sense of urgency and the ability to drive deliverables on a fast-track timeline. This role will work closely with and report directly to the Manager of Strategic Programs, supporting her with daily and weekly project tasks, stakeholder updates, and initiative oversight to ensure each project stays aligned with corporate objectives.Key Responsibilities ? Day-to-Day? Maintain and manage project plans, RAID logs (risk tracker and remediations), action items, and governance documentation.? Manage multiple project TEAMs sites, project milestone tracking, and project status reporting? Coordinate weekly and as-needed project meetings, workshops, technical and/or project business related deliverable discussions.? Serve as daily liaison with internal project team SMEs and external project consulting vendor PM and consultants? Provide consistent project communications, executive-ready summaries, and schedule updates.? Identify risks, track issues, escalate blockers, and manage scope/control changes. . This client has been growing in Brazil and looking to expand their local teams. This individual would be joining our customer to support their portfolio of in house built supply chain applications. A large automotive company is seeking a Sr. Structural Engineer to join their Infrastructure Engineering team in Palo Alto with ability to travel to Fremont. This individual will support the design and construction of a variety of new projects and renovations to existing industrial, manufacturing, and office facilities. This role is 20-25% site work and 75% behind a desk.What You?ll Do? Conduct structural analysis and design of steel, concrete, wood and masonry structures, along with the creation of justifying structural calculations? Develop drawings, building information models (BIM), calculations, proposals, and reports. ? Prepare preliminary designs for quotes. ? Perform construction administration tasks including review and coordination of RFIs, RFPs, submittal logs, bids, shop drawings, etc. Interact with contractors, fabricators, stakeholders and consultant teams. ? Documentation and assessment of existing conditions of a structure using existing documentation as well as field investigations.? A client of Insight Global is seeking a PO administrator to support the engineering teams by entering and tracking purchase orders for engineering hardware, prototype materials, and development services. You will be responsible for entering PO’s, verifying the order details, and tracking order status. You will work closely with engineering teams to clarify purchase order requests. You will maintain accurate PO records and ensure required approvals and documents are in place. You will be responsible for matching invoices to purchase orders and resolve basic issues.
