Through his “just chopping wood” nature, Harold has propelled growth in almost every single national account since he took over the NRT eight years ago. More recently, Harold is know for establishing and running HBX - the Honey Badgers, who work behind the scenes to partner with our offices and national accounts to support and supplement recruiting efforts aimed at spread growth. She is a pure salesperson at heart but also was passionate about helping junior Account Managers find success in learning to sell. So she was bold and proposed a new role within the company - one where she could keep selling, but also travel across the company to pour her heart and soul into junior Account Managers. She partnered with Chastity Olsen from Chicago and Got. To. Work. making this dream role a reality to help our company and our people grow. Her vision was backed by hard work, and was so successful that the decision to move forward with this new group was easy. All because ⁣one person was bold. ⁣
