Every employee in our company started their career as an entry-level Recruiter (with the exception of the Corporate Operations and Managed Services Division). Our model is to only promote from within, which allows all employees the opportunity for advancement and ability to achieve professional and financial success. The majority of our Recruiters are promoted into Account Management. However, some Recruiters may choose a different career path, where they move into other roles such as Professional Recruiter, Resource Manager, or Talent Acquisition Specialist. As a rapidly growing company, we continue to create new roles to provide even greater opportunities for our employees. Promotions happen on average within 6-9 months and are solely based on merit, not tenure. Insight Global also offers multiple career paths into management.
