St. Louis Participates in “A Night at the Ballpark”

For the fourth consecutive year, Insight Global’s St. Louis office proudly participated in “A Night at the Ballpark,” an annual event conducted by the Blackout Melanoma Foundation and the St. Louis Cardinals to raise awareness about the dangers of skin cancer and Metastatic Melanoma. The Blackout Melanoma Foundation currently sponsors cancer patients fighting Stage 3 and Stage 4 Metastatic Melanoma. 18 members of the St. Louis office attended the baseball game against the San Francisco Giants, and raised over $1,200 in support of this worthy cause, making them not only the largest group that participated, but the most successful fundraisers as well. All proceeds raised from the event will go to the School of Dermatology at Washington University to help fund research initiatives. “This was a great way to support a special cause while spending time together as a team,” said Sales Manager Andrew Chansler. “We will definitely be doing something like this again in the future. Plus, it’s always a blast to cheer on our Cardinals. Go Birds, Go!”
