D.C. Cheers on “Face of America” Participants

Our Washington, D.C. office cheered on military veterans as they endured “Face of America”, a two-day 110-mile bicycle and hand cycle ride from the Pentagon to Gettysburg, PA. The annual ride, hosted by national non-profit World T.E.A.M Sports, honors injured military veterans and includes more than 170 veterans and active-duty participants. World T.E.A.M Sports events allow persons with disabilities to participate at no cost, therefore all donations went towards production of the race. The Insight Global team raised over $1,270 to help cover costs of flying veterans in for the ride. Rachel, Account Manager, said the best part of the event was “seeing veterans in their gear about to begin the race! There was such a fun energy and you could tell they had looked forward to this day.” Thank you to the D.C. office for your donations to such an inspiring event!
