InsightGlobal offers an important telephone consulting service. The foci of these sessions are to clarify your unmet aspirations and the potential blind spots in your life which may be at the heart of these unmet goals. Blind spots can wreak havoc on your life both personally and professionally and severely hamper your ability to lead a happy and meaningful life. Stefan Klein, the author of The Science of Happiness, states that the surest path to happiness is knowing oneself. Blind spots prevent you from knowing yourself. They can take the form of unconscious habits, character flaws, dysfunctional relational styles, undeveloped ethics and ineffective communication styles.
Your initial telephone consultation will be with Dr. Bob Bernatz, a
licensed consulting psychologist and a corporate and individual consultant. Although the sessions with Dr. Bernatz can be disarmingly engaging, they are often challenging and quite life changing. As an example, early in the consulting process you will be requested to ask two simple questions of yourself:
Why do I act the way I do?
How should I live the rest of my life?
Most people may ask these questions in a fleeting moment of personal insight or even frustration but rarely do they carry their self-analysis further through to a point of applicable insight. These two simple questions often lead to a very quick yet enlightening awareness of yourself and your deeper motivations.
Depending on the type of consulting service, our fees range from $150 to $300 per hour with a 1/2 hour minimum. Telephone sessions can
be paid by a major credit card or by check in advance of the session.
If you are in Southern California, Dr. Bernatz can meet with you in person at our offices in Newport Beach.
Many situations can be resolved in just a few sessions while others may take some time depending on their complexity.
